Our History
Gemba Concepts was founded in 2014 by professionals who spent years working within Toyota's operational system.
Over time, we observed a common challenge across industries: recommendations were made, but implementation was often left to internal teams already managing day-to-day operations. As a result, many improvement initiatives struggled to deliver lasting results.
Gemba Concepts was built on a different belief — that real transformation happens through execution. By working alongside our clients on the ground, we help turn improvement plans into measurable, sustainable outcomes.
What Gemba Means
"Gemba" is a Japanese term that means "the actual place" — the place where value is created and where problems truly exist.
