Why We Exist
We started Gemba Concepts because we kept seeing the same failure mode: good recommendations, handed to teams already running the day-to-day, with no one accountable for making them stick. So we built the firm around execution instead — working on the ground, alongside the people who run the process, until the change holds without us in the room.
