Job Overview
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who understands B2B decision-makers, long sales cycles, and high-intent lead generation. This role focuses on improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and supporting lead generation for
Operations Consulting, Management Consulting, and IT Consulting services.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, technically sound, and capable of aligning
SEO strategies with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement B2B SEO strategies aligned with consulting services and lead generation goals.
- Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent, low-to-medium competition B2B keywords.
- Optimize service pages, landing pages, and blogs for conversions and search visibility.
On-Page & Technical SEO
- Optimize meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structure, and content hierarchy.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement SEO best practices.
Content & Authority Building
- Work with content and consulting teams to create SEO-driven thought leadership content.
- Optimize case studies, whitepapers, and long-form content for organic discovery.
- Execute ethical link-building and digital PR strategies to improve domain authority.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights and recommendations for management.
Competitive & Market Research
- Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies within consulting and B2B services.
- Identify content gaps and new organic growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B SEO, preferably within consulting, IT services, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Hands-on expertise in keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Ability to optimize service pages, landing pages, blogs, and case studies for high-intent B2B keywords.
- Solid knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals including site speed, indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong understanding of content-led SEO and long-form thought leadership strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
- Basic understanding of conversion optimization and lead generation funnels.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with content, design, and development teams.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO initiatives while meeting deadlines.
