Job Description

1. Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements using a robust project management approach.
• Ensure quality delivery while meeting project budgets and timelines.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

2. Client Relationships & Contribution

• Build long-term relationships to maximize client retention.
• Create and identify new business opportunities.

3. Business Planning & Strategy

• Participate and contribute to business planning and strategic initiatives.

4. Innovation & Research

• Identify potential opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Develop industry research, benchmarks, case studies, and white papers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong mastery of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Ability to influence and convince stakeholders.
• Strong follow-up and client management skills.
• Flexibility to travel extensively.
• Experience in Production Planning, Costing, Inventory Management, and ERP.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related fields).
• 5–10 years of hands-on operational experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in Lean deployment and Kaizen leadership.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent problem-solving expertise is a plus.
• Strong project management experience with proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Ability to train and implement Lean and Continuous Improvement tools including:
  Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Line Balancing, Visual Management,
  Lean Daily Management, 5S, Kanban, SMED, PFEP, TPM, Heijunka, Problem Solving, FMEA.
• Outstanding facilitation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed, well-organized, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
