About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic HR Consultant to join our team. This role involves providing end-to-end HR support, client coordination, and recruitment services, along with regular travel to client locations.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to manage multiple assignments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and build strong professional relationships.
  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations for client organizations.
  • Travel to client sites for HR meetings, employee engagement, and process implementation.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and compliance support.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve basic HR queries at client locations.
  • Provide inputs on HR strategies, policies, and process improvements.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices including Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, and Employee Relations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Male candidates only.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR consulting or an HR generalist role.
  • Energetic, flexible, and comfortable with extensive travel.
