Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gain in-depth understanding of products, services, and documentation requirements.
  • Write clear, easy-to-understand user interface text and deliver original, non-plagiarized content.
  • Create, organize, and manage blogs, case studies, social media content, newsletters, and whitepapers.
  • Review existing content and develop innovative methods for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a structured library of technical terminology and documentation.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase organic web traffic.
  • Proofread and edit content before publication, ensuring consistency in style, tone, fonts, and visuals.
  • Conduct in-depth research on Operations Consulting, Management Consulting, IT, and industry-specific topics.
  • Use creative hashtags aligned with brand SOPs to target trending and relevant keywords.
  • Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all content formats.

Required Skillsets

  • Technical Writing Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical content development, preferably within Operations Consulting, Management Consulting, IT, or related industries.
  • Writing Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • SEO Expertise: Solid understanding of SEO principles with the ability to write search-optimized content that improves organic visibility and traffic.
  • Plagiarism-Free Content: Experience using plagiarism detection tools and a strong commitment to originality.
  • Writing Tools: Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other content creation tools.
  • Client-Facing & Collaboration: Ability to work with internal stakeholders such as product teams and engineers to understand requirements and features.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on consistency, quality, style, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Analytical & Research Skills: Ability to conduct detailed research and analyze content performance for improvement.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
