3 to 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.


Job Description

  • Build market position by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry prospects.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the business development team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Develop effective negotiation strategies by understanding client needs, industry trends, and alignment with company capabilities.
  • Evaluate risks, feasibility, and growth potential for new business ventures.
  • Drive end-to-end deal closure by preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating requirements, and ensuring smooth handover to operations.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and maximize business value.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of business development processes and growth initiatives.
