It’s been a year since our first association for Project Shourya for M/S Siddharth Plast Hyderabad. A year which has been like a joy ride, full of ups and downs but in the end we here have come out smiling.
With great pride I would like to inform you that the past month (July ‘2019), we have clocked our highest sales in terms of tonnage, increasing our production by over 60%. This is when everything remains the same except for the systems laid out by your team and the attitude of my team. The team is motivated like never before and additional machines have been ordered giving way to expansion.
I remember writing a mail to you, where all I could feel was despair. I am glad I did not stop your work and continued to have faith. As COO of Siddharth Plast, I want to thank you and wish that you can transform more organizations such as ours.
I sincerely hope that this is not the end of the road for our association.
